Tracey Bessellieu is an executive human capital consultant with over 25 years of experience specializing in people development and engagement. Ms. Bessellieu has a distinguished and proven track record in the areas of improving performance, talent and change management, diversity strategies, and leadership & executive development. She has successfully provided thought leadership and organizational consultation to public and private sector executives across multiple industries.

Tracey Bessellieu is in the business of transforming human potential and aligning individual performance to drive organizational results. Ms. Bessellieu provides expert advice, consultation, training, coaching, and facilitation that turns talent networks into business pipelines and innovation engines, as well as help individuals at all levels transform their environments to appeal to employees and clients.

Ms. Bessellieu currently serves on the Board of Directors of COMTO (Conference of Minority Transportation Officials) to support diversity in the transportation industry.

Reno Rafly, MS

Founder

Reno has over 10 years of progressive global HR experience in Consulting, Talent Management, HR Technology and Organizational Development. Her passion is to drive human capital strategy and analytics for organizational growth.

Her recent accomplishments include managing global data in $1.2B M&A projects and using HR data analytics to reduce employee turnovers and increase employee engagement.

An avid speaker, Reno is often invited to speak on various HR topics in employee engagement, HR data analytics, and career management. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty at City University of New York – School of Professional Studies.

Reno holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from New York University with the highest distinction and a Bachelor’s degree from York College in Psychology with magna cum laude. She is currently a PhD candidate in Business Psychology and her dissertation topic is on managing HR technology in a global organization.

Dr. Harry Pitsikalis

Dr. Harry Pitsikalis is a passionate practitioner-scholar in the field of clinical psychology who divides his time between clinical practice, training and consulting, and scholarly writing and research. He is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the City University of New York, York College, where he focuses on research related to psychological assessments, theory and application of psychotherapy. He has conducted training and workshops in various topics such as mindfulness and career management.

Dr. Pitsikalis received his Doctorate and Master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Wright State University in addition to earning two Master’s degrees from Seton Hall University. He is a member of many professional organizations including New York State Psychological Association and Society of Counseling Psychology.

Felix Kusmanto is a trained Organizational Psychologist who has had the privilege to work with large multinationals such as Petronas, SONY Malaysia, Genting Group, Robert Bosch Malaysia and other MNC’s companies throughout Malaysia and Indonesia. He has served as an Organizational Learning & Development Consultant to design, conduct and evaluate various talent development programs that could transform talent into organization’s sustainable competitive advantage. He is known for his works in assisting companies in developing High Performance Culture, managing cross generation and developing employee value propositions to engage employees at work.

Felix has also been invited as speaker or moderator in various talent development related lectures, talks and conferences to talk or highlight the latest trend in talent development subject.Recently he had been appointed as a moderator for four international sessions in Indonesia 9th Human Resource Expo which was held at Jakarta Convention Center in December 2014.

Felix is also a university lecturer at Atma Jaya Catholic University and Bunda Mulia University where he teaches undergraduate students Training and Development as well as Organizational Change & Development subjects respectively. His papers were presented and published at conferences. Recently, his paper was presented at 2nd ASEAN Academic Society International Conference in Bangkok, Thailand.

When he is not busy consulting, teaching and traveling on business trip, he is found writing or taking pictures in Mount Bromo where he supports Rumah Baca Cahaya Tengger in Tosari, Pasuruan, Indonesia.
